um to like kind of fill out the cast and to have a basically a mind meld of all of these different people everywhere you go

yeah and puppeteers and puppets so we often rewrite the script based on the puppets that are available so uh usually we have a puppet named wolfie with a lot of dog puns but for new york we couldn't find a wolf we only found a goat so i rewrote the script with goat puns But yeah, we usually only have two days of rehearsal.

And so it's definitely very much like, I trust you as an artist to know your puppet or know you're juggling the best and like we'll tell you when to go on and off stage and we'll tell you what the general overview is and here's the emotion that you're representing in this scene, go for it.

And that allows me as the clown and the ringleader and the lead performer to have something real to interact with in front of the audience and sometimes fail with them.

And it keeps the show alive for
