So my name is Cath.

I work at the Welsh Revenue Authority and I'm here with my colleague Damien.

And yeah, we're going to be talking about designing Wales' first visitor accommodation registration service.

So I'm not sure how many people in the room are familiar with user-centred design, user research and service design, so I thought I'd start with just a little intro to who we are and what we do.

So I'm a user researcher and my role is talking to people who use our services, understanding what they do, how they operate and what they need from our services so that we can make them as user friendly as possible.

But I'm going to hand back to Cass now to go through the rest.
