And so to Brent, maybe we start with you, and what are you seeing? How are you feeling that market right there? You talked a little bit about the buoyancy and excitement in the space, but maybe let's double-click a little bit.
8:04
I think there are quite a few dynamics that we're monitoring, and it's all pointing toward a lot more activity or heightened activity is gonna continue.
8:14
We look at it across a few ways.
8:15
You know, one, large med techs are still bought into this strategy of category leadership.
8:22
This isn't a novel idea at this point, but many of them are picking a few attractive markets that they're really gonna build franchises within.
8:30
And while doing that, they're gonna begin to shed the assets that are not core to their portfolio.
8:36
So you got this constant supply that's continuing to hit the market of perfectly good assets that are just coming out of corporate portfolios.
12:10
He's always optimistic.
13:53
And Brent, from your perspective, I know you get excited about a lot of things, but let's see if you can narrow it down to a few.
13:59
Yeah.
13:59
I mean, we also are excited about a lot of areas that are pretty hyped up, and you mentioned one of them, which was neuro and the BCI space.
14:08
We're generally on the same page with that enormous patient pops of people that need solutions and better options for improved quality of life.
14:17
I think another area that's gonna continue to stand out, heart failure.
14:20
That continues to just be a huge issue with people cycling through the system and a lot of cost, a lot of issues.
14:27
You know, HFpEF is still something that not a lot of good solutions for out there yet.

So I think that's gonna be one of the most fascinating things to watch as we go forward.
