Yeah, so I think some of it stems from the nature of our structure, right? As I mentioned, as a confederation, there really isn't a lot of top-down mandate within the organization.

On the other hand, As anybody who's worked in a top-down structure of some kind knows, what comes from the top isn't always a great thing.
