Why are there such things as volcanoes? Why are these points at hundreds of spots around the globe?

I'll say that there are points at approximately 1,427 at last count.

That's a lot of points.

I say that to wear my global volcanism program hat.

We track all the world's volcanoes and all the different features.

And so there's even more than that, but we just don't know about all the ones in the bottom of the ocean.

But your question about why are there volcanoes in certain spots and not everywhere relates to how magma is generated.

Yeah, no, Bob, that was a great, I really liked how you painted that picture and just taking a step back in our history gene of concur.

One of the things in our history that sort of caused us to deviate from Concur, actually.

So many years ago, we've been using Concur for, I think, over 20 years.

And we started with just our US group, our US-based staff.

And so when Bob and I came on the scene around that time, we were starting to look beyond the U.S. for a T&E solution.

We actually ended up going with an IBM platform.

girlfriend it's a bit of a bit of a weird one isn't it when you and you have that growing up and then and then it's like oh right yeah this this probably probably isn't the place for me because do I just get married to a woman and just have kids and try and just like ignore it or do I run away with a circus or something and and um and move to somewhere that's uh yeah because like I think once the internet came around I mean I was I was like and you know I was like 18, probably 17 or 18 in sixth form when we got the internet.

And then suddenly it's like, there's like a whole world out there that I just had no, no idea existed.

So yeah, it was just like, I think we really underestimate the importance role models can have in, in someone's, in someone's upbringing.

Looking back on it, it's pretty, pretty bleak place to be.

Sometimes it can be easy to sugarcoat these things and make it seem like it is all great and happy and everything's sorted.

But yeah, there is still...

Can you just tell us a bit more about it and what the organisation, I suppose, hopes to achieve?
