That's a lot, isn't it? How do we manage to achieve that much of a saving just from one pack?
22:12
Yeah, it's a great question, David.
22:15
I think it's important when we think about the way the study was done that when we looked at the welfare savings, they were very closely linked in the way the health economists developed this model to looking at welfare benefits associated to productivity.
22:31
So the productivity that comes from people spending less time away from work due to self-care and being able to kind of maintain their normal lives.
22:40
So I guess when you look at the data for the different parts of the world and then think about North America, which does have that number, which looks high, we're looking at a couple of countries really that They are well-established self-care markets, if you like, countries with good environment for self-care.
23:01
So that means you have, relatively speaking, a good level of utilization of self-care practices and products and services.
23:09
You're also looking at countries when you consider them globally that are high income economies.

It's the start of a process.
13:27
So where, where ... what would you say are the, the places where most progress has been made, and where, uh, is there a little bit ... maybe it's a little bit slower?
13:38
Yeah, I mean, I think it's per- perhaps important to reflect a little on s- part of the methodology on that one.
13:43
'Cause the study was done using data and information from a hundred and fifty-five countries for the economic analysis.
13:53
But thos- those countries were grouped into three categories.
13:56
So factors that were used for the groupings were things like national healthcare coverage, things like income group for the country, uh, GDP, per capita health expenditure, per capita doctors per thousand people.
14:09
So that allowed the research to look at countries in three groupings.
14:14
The research doesn't specifically rank individual countries or track progress by individual countries.

And, um, yeah, it's the start, it's the start of a process.
