Um, I've been in the sector for about, um, 20 plus years now.

Worked across sectors, actually.

And I guess I'm really interested in that intersection between the academic strategy and the partnership space that we talk a lot about in universities.

Um, I've been fortunate in my career to work both within the sector, and also I worked alongside Bruce Lyons most recently, um, in the Adelaide merger, where I did a three-and-a-half-year stint at Deloitte, uh, which is probably been a bit of a highlight in my career and an unusual step to go out and then to come back in again.

Belinda, um, just sort of following on from that, those, those aspirations for the sort of ten, twenty year mark, I, I wonder which ones you took with you to Newcastle and what you're doing there to try and em-embed them without necessarily going through that merger exercise.
