Well, this one is probably the most controversial, unfortunately.

And I would just say with a caveat that these recommendations really require individualization.

I'm going to start with the sickest patients.

So adults with severe CAP, we uniformly voted that those patients should receive antibiotics.

So these would be severe CAP, you have a positive viral test, patients should still at least be initiated with antibiotics.

Adults with inpatient non-severe CAP, we also suggested at least initiating antibiotics empirically.

So, um, we did two s- I did two sessions at Sunstone, one of which was about Carolyn Pearson on the 40th anniversary of her speaking at Sunstone about her brand-new memoir at the time called Goodbye, I Love You.

And I'm sure many of your reader or your listeners are familiar with that book, but it was a memoir about, um, her marrying a gay man.

They have four beautiful children together.

They're, they later divorce.

He contracts AIDS in the '80s, and then she brings him home after their divorce to care for him until he dies of AIDS.

It's, it, it was a, a life-changing memoir for so many people, including myself.

D- Anything else you wanna share? If people can access, uh, your work or, uh, the work that you've done on Carolyn's stuff, uh, that would be-

So yeah, so I trained with the faculty, but again, it was in person, and I do think that was really, really important.

We did a two or three-year course, and it was three days with an extra, extra bit tacked on a Saturday for the vets to, to translate it all into animal, how we could use it in animals.

And then over the years I've used it so much in practice.

I've had this practice that I, it's since 1994, and a lot of my homeopathy, it's a first opinion practice as well, so I'm just seeing cases that are just a little bit off color and, you know, it's not all very deep homeopathy.

But then I get the referrals that really need that side of it, and that's when I like to bring in the extra learning that, and yeah, I love the, the Sankaran.

I'd love to be able to incorporate that more into what I do with animals.

That says a lot.
