Recently, we have released something that is essentially an automated outlier pricing detector that essentially allows us to utilize AI to find errors in some pricing that we have going out, which is really, at the end of the day, a huge savings opportunity, not only for us, for Buyer's Edge, but also for our customers.
22:18
That pricing outlier project is a really exciting one.
22:21
Again, with a bunch of different data coming in through our systems, the power of the LLM and the AI tooling is to be able to make actionable insights and proposals for the teams to be able to action things very quickly.
22:34
in a way that you can't do without a processor that can really churn through what's happening and output good ideas.
22:42
So many different projects that we're taking on are really exciting.
22:45
I will say that for me personally, I think at this point in our company and industry's development, I'm most excited, honestly, about data organization projects that we're wielding LLMs for, right? So much of the industry's pain points is around really not being able to get a clear picture of their own data and how to intelligently action that ecosystem in order to make more moves, whether it's buying or selling or producing new types of projects.
23:18
We are Doing internally a project that is incorporating LLMs to be able to add category tags to our products, which sounds pretty simple, but it's really radical in the industry to be able to search for tags.
28:29
Not only from just an operation standpoint and internally, but also if you do want to start using AI, you're giving these models the best available opportunity to actually give you the best results.
