And ultimately what we've come back round to is using the simple concept of a pallet and a fork truck um if you can picture the forks going in you've got tolerance left right up down in out and that overcomes a lot of the problems on site so when we brought this new innovation to our customers we were getting feedback like why has no one done this before this is just so simple like guys we can see this working straight away and uh on the very first project i think we installed 22 balconies in six hours which was absolutely unheard of in the industry and i think that combination of us pushing innovation pushing for a better way and clients that were willing to to try it has really been how we started to get traction in the market because other people see it we've got it recorded on videos they saw the saw the progress and um it really went from a small project onto a larger project onto a larger project again and then people were just saying just there's no limits to this product

And I mean, that has so many other advantages as well from a business perspective and how we set our business up, right? I mean...
7:49
You know, Russ, higher quality.
