Russell HixsonHOST
From your perspective and how Sapphire has been set up, what does it take to make a modular business successful and take off and have that longevity that you all have seen?

Luke HaughtonGUEST
Well, I think it's looking for initially the clients that have an open mind and a willingness to try new things.

Luke HaughtonGUEST
We ultimately entered the market where there was a form of modular balconies called bolt-on balconies.

Luke HaughtonGUEST
And one of our clients actually took us into a project, almost against our wishes, I suppose.

Luke HaughtonGUEST
We were just doing the balustrades and railings at the time, and that's what we were after.

Luke HaughtonGUEST
But we did this first job, including the structure of the balcony, and realized how badly the industry did them with balconies.

Maybe I'm misremembering that, but maybe explain to me, you know, how that was built out and what kind of advantages that provides.
