Just talk us through that and, and the issues that you had physically after the chemo and returning to the saddle.
49:48
Yeah.
49:48
So I, even through the chemo, I was still going to Cranbourne, you know, every morning.
49:55
I think the morning after each chemo session, I, I'd be in bed sort of wrecked.
50:02
Um, but I'd still go down to the track.
50:04
But due to the medication and that, I wasn't allowed to ride or anything like that.
50:08
So, um, once the chemo finished, um...
51:54
Well, mate, um, you're a great advertisement for persistence and also determination and, uh, the payday on the weekend, what was that like for you, uh, when you crossed the line?

How did you see that transition from CBT, but also an airline's perspective from a CBT perspective?
13:45
Well, I'd say, first of all, we're actually still transitioning into CBT, so we're not fully there yet.
13:50
And I see EBT as a part of a CBT program, like a competency-based, and EBT is just one way to look at it.
13:57
And so we have progressed, I'd say, from more a traditional task-based pass-fail environment and into competency-based.
14:06
And for those who don't know what evidence-based training is, it's a, it's a, our program to, instead of doing a, a instrument proficiency check and an operator proficiency check every year, we would do a, a system where we introduce scenarios for our pilots.
14:20
They would come four times a year, and there would be a degree of variability to these sessions, and we teach them in simulators and, and see how they react to various scenarios.
14:31
But I-- I'll go back one step.

I'm, I'm more than happy to.
