And Andrew, why don't you go ahead and just start with your background and what you were doing before Thornton and how'd you get the idea to start this and how did it all kind of come together?

So I started well back in college, I worked at a brewery.

I worked at Peace Brewing in Chicago.

The head brewer there, Jonathan Cutler, got me really into craft beer.

I ended up getting into home brewing and then slowly went down the rabbit hole into home distilling.

don't have like a formal education, like DIY self-taught.

That's the one thing I've realized in my life is like, you'll always find a gun somewhere.
