If someone was like, "How do you host your own summit or bundle and fill it fast?" What would your quick answer be? Alison, take it away.

I would say ask the people who've already applied to recommend their friends.

So something that I do when I host bundles is when folks apply to be a contributor in the bundle, I have a box at the end that's like, "Hey, I would love to know, do you know someone in your network who would be a great contributor to this bundle? If you do, drop their name and email address in this box." And people love to be helpful.

They like to help you.

They wanna feel useful.

So I would argue like 75% of the time, someone recommends someone, and then you can reach out to that person.

They fill out the application.

[laughs] When COVID happened, uh, here in the US, I live right outside of DC, like everything shut down for 18 months.

My husband was a chaplain.

He started his job in January and got...

And then COVID hit in March.

So he delightfully got reassigned to the COVID ICU and would, like, basically help people say goodbye to their loved ones through iPads all day long.

Um, so he was completely toasted when he would come home and was, like, basically not fully functional for a good chunk of time.
