over the last 15 years and they found this in 15 years worth of research so that would be my yeah absolutely recommendation is get yourself on google scholar have a look yeah for sure and see just someone that crazy
35:01
research going on.
35:02
Maybe mine would be the inverse of that because I think that's a really good way to think about quite specific stuff that like you know they use references and to build a certain academic argument you have to have loads of references and other papers and reference them and that's really really profound but one of the things I think about books is really good and that kind of those self-help books is that often they are maybe of a theme and they've distilled loads of different research about that thing into one key message about that thing.
35:25
So like the papers build an argument and the arguments often found in those books so it's like both sides of that coin and i think that's really really profound so i've already mentioned the dose effect i think that's a perfect example and i think something that's unique about the dose effect is it is very actionable the dose effect is neuroscience written exactly as you know if we were to write a book which i would love to do um if we were to write a book it would be written very similar yeah we actually really there is a book i think on the way hopefully But those which is one that's very similar because it breaks down lots of neuroscience.
35:55
So dose itself is an acronym.
35:57
It's dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins.
36:00
So it's like that's and it breaks down those four chemicals and kind of how you get more of them.
