So Adam, turning back to you, could you remind our listeners of this year's convention theme and speak to the vision behind it, and then tell us what led you to select Jeff Ray as the keynote speaker to help articulate and advance that vision.

Sure.

Well, I think everyone, everyone's gotten their invitation to convention at this point, so, uh, the theme is Designed Together: The Emergent Properties of Leadership, Mentorship, and Business Success.

And the, the thought behind it is that we, we all can bring something to this profession.

And, and whether it's, you know, internal facing, external facing, the, you know, where we live within Florida or even outside of the state, all of those experiences that everybody in our organization has, we create a stronger organization when we're together.

And so it's the idea of bringing all those experiences together and sharing our expertise, sharing our experience, and together lifting the profession and, and helping everybody.

That's the theme of the conference.
