He was not 24-7 at home, but he was the primary caregiver because his wife had died.

So I just noticed that there were lots of people visiting and calling him and calling him dad.

And after she died, we realized that what had happened rather organically with that family and friends all being on the same page.

all helping one another, checking in with one another, sharing with one another, we realized that this was something that had happened organically that needs to be replicated.

But it formalizes that and helps, hopefully teaches people that it's much better for the loved one as well as for every member of the care team and the principal caregiver.

It's so much better to have that kind of support and that kind of reinforcement and multiple points of view and knowledge.
