Same SAP system, two completely different experiences, right? S- so if I focus on the left here first, um, the key idea here is that every step is a decision the system should have made, right? The operator is guesting, right? And the system just records it.

And if you think about what the operator actually has to do, look at steps one, two, three, four, five here, right? You pick up the device and immediately you're navigating a menu.

Then how do I do it? You know, do I do it by PO, by delivery, by handling unit? There's multiple, multiple options, right? None of that is guided.

Then they're entering information here on screen four that SAP already knows.

A plant number, a storage location, even the movement type they have to memorize.

They scan a PO, and now they're on step five, which is the SAP version of a packing slip.
