SAP EWM

It looks like everything should be working, right? They've got, you know, they've got their back-end ECC system, which is their ERP.

They're using EWM, which is SAP's WMS.

Um, they've got the workflow.

They've got voice picking.

So those are, um, you know, I would say like a secondary persona to fo- focus on.

And then candidly, when you say IT here, I, I think of SAP IT.

Um, I would, I would say they're a third, right? You know, the SAP manager or the SAP EWM or IT director, I would say they're third, um, because they understand the SAP reality.

Um, but they're also the gatekeeper to change.
