But it's this season of growth that you experienced when you were in one of your pushes to rank advance that felt radically different from everything else.

And years later, after a lot of success and a lot of life, you found yourself at a place where leadership and the business started feeling different you started to disconnect a little bit right which i know is hard for for you because it it's you have a business and people that you deeply care about um and over the last few months of us working together um you know i know that you see all of that a little bit differently so that's where i would love to start it take take us back to 2019, right?
