So let me just give a little bit of context on Missy and we'll kind of get into your story.

She's built to the highest levels, raised six kids while doing it, which is no small feat, and has led hundreds of women over her career.

But to me, Missy, the thing that makes your story so interesting, it's not the rank, it's not the accomplishments, and that stuff definitely matters.

But it's this season of growth that you experienced when you were in one of your pushes to rank advance that felt radically different from everything else.

And I've actually shared your story in an episode before where your business just kind of exploded and you couldn't really explain why.

And years later, after a lot of success and a lot of life, you found yourself at a place where leadership and the business started feeling different you started to disconnect a little bit right which i know is hard for for you because it it's you have a business and people that you deeply care about um and over the last few months of us working together um you know i know that you see all of that a little bit differently so that's where i would love to start it take take us back to 2019, right? You were running for nation, which is the top rank in your company, which is a very big accomplishment.
