Right now, there's a rare window where law firm owners can dramatically increase profits, serve more clients, and build a stronger business without adding more people. That opportunity won't last…
We just finished a conference where I was with a hundred law firm owners and we broke them up into different groups.
There was about a third of the group in advanced, about 40 to 50% of the group in intermediate, and then the rest were in the beginners class.
A very small percentage of the total group was not knowing exactly what to do with AI and not using it at some level.
And a third of the group was using AI agents, which means these agents were actually doing work in the law firm.
That means that expenses for a law firm are going to go down while prices remain the same.
Today, I'm going to break down the things you need to know and the actions you need to take to both maximize today's value and protect yourself from what's going to happen at some point in the future.
