But the other thing that I want to talk about was the week I'm recording this, the 11th of September.

I think on Thursday the 10th, I put up a very, very, very, very good transformation of one of my clients who's now finished up with me.

Fantastic progress in terms of weight loss and in her visuals, and I posted the transformation pictures.

It wasn't about the transformation that she's made in terms of going from point A to point B.

The main transformation was her mindset, her relationship to food, and how she viewed things like not needing to be perfect, not needing to be all in or all out.

The all or nothing thinking, like if things went messy, that that was it, "Fuck it, just I give up." So her transformation was more about her mindset, her relationship to food, her decision-making skills, you know, and understanding that life will go on whether you're doing a weight loss or fat loss process regardless.

So where I'm coming from, and it's on that subject that I'm going to record and talk through this podcast, is that most of the time your problem, and I'm not pointing fingers by the way, but the problem isn't that you don't know how to lose weight.

It wasn't to say that the first time was a failure or the second time was a failure.

She made great progress in both of those, but she didn't at that time learn how to sustain it.

The reason being, right, she came both times before her third time with the goal of, in a certain event.

It was the, uh, you know, the finish line was attached to her process, and that's all she was focused on, and that's all I was focused on as her coach.

And we had this conversation at the very beginning, and I said to her when we first had the, the chat, I said, "Look, this time has to be different.

We have to do it so that you will learn how to sustain it." And, like, we had many ups and downs.

Like, you know, she had a little freak out the first night out that she had, and I was like, "No, you're grand," because we want the messy days, right? So the third time she came back, there was no external deadline.
