Your First Home Buyer Guide Podcast

**Buying your first home can involve a lot of research, questions and second-guessing. But how do you know when that research is actually helping you move forward, and when it’s keeping you stuck?**…
I know you enjoy it too, Veronica.
We get to watch people walk into really nervous.
You know, they're unsure.
They're wondering what to do.
They're sitting there a little bit concerned.
You know, what if I ask a stupid question? And over the next couple of weeks, they realise that no question is stupid and often other people who are sitting in campfire with them want to ask the same question or it's not happened for them yet.
So they're waiting until, you know, they've got this information now that they didn't have before.
They're learning vicariously through others.
And we watch their progress into somebody who doesn't know anything, really nervous, to somebody who's pretty confident.
So the honest reward for us is not the market commentary or the theory about what we do.
It's really watching somebody go from an overwhelmed to confident and knowing that we help them get there, actually buy their own home, get on the property ladder.
And do it for themselves.
Yeah, it's wonderful.
Because we do this as buyer's agent for people in our businesses, but this is actually helping and guiding people to do it for themselves.
They own this process, just that they've got a really good backstop, if you like, you know, someone to really bounce things around with.
So here we are.
We're going behind the scenes.
We're going to share some things with you, students of the course, things that they brought to Campfire, things that we really enjoyed walking through with them and working through with them.
Right up front, I'm going to say my favourite, favourite, favourite part of Campfire is when somebody tells me they bought on the weekend.
And any of our students that have been in Campfire when they've announced that, that is exactly what I do.
That is the reaction that I have when one of our students buy.
We are like proud mamas, I have to say.
