However, what this is about is saying, okay, well, if this is the pathway that you've chosen, here's what you need to know.
Like, we wanna arm you with the information that you need to make really good decisions as you're going through your process, right? So the first big mistake is that buyers lump brand new into one category, and actually it's three different purchase processes wearing a very similar kind of language.
So let's talk about the three, Veronica, and then we'll get into it.
The first is a completed new property.
So this is the closest to buying established that you can kinda get.
Like, you can see it, you can touch it, you can walk through it.
And then the second one is the off-the-plan.
So that's buying kind of a promise, like this is what it might be.
It's not a product.
It, it sh- the trust actually shifts to the developer and the builder, and we're gonna talk about that and what you need to know about developers and builders.
And the third category is the house and land.
