I'm here to introduce a podcast called Your Corner of the World, and I'm operating with my friend and co-host, Mark Vrogop.
The goal of this podcast is to bring God's wisdom and truth and light and grace into the workplace for leaders and non-leaders.
I'm just really excited to be on this journey with you, Dan, to interview amazing marketplace leaders and help local church leaders know how to better serve people in the workforce.
We may have surgeons and librarians and professional athletes and entertainers and accountants who can be really interesting.
Engineers, people in business, people in government, maybe an ambassador, a senator, people like that.
All sorts of folks where believers have been trying their best and faithfully operating in a sphere of the world that may be alien to us, and yet we hope Everybody who's worked hard in one field has something to say to people in other fields.
And a lot of people want to dedicate their work to the Lord, but they don't actually know how.
also want to see happen is the connection between Monday through Saturday to Sunday.
I'm thinking, how can I help local pastors understand what it's like to be a marketplace leader so they have better applications, better discipleship, and so that the people they serve in the marketplace, that they know, wow, church is a place that I really can use my gifts
So we're hoping to have marketplace leaders, church leaders, And we're also interested in non-leaders.
