One of the biggest hindrances I feel that is really affecting relationships is a bit of the old school programming that we've got where, you know, we're told kids come first.

I absolutely am not saying that you just dump your children and they need you, right? Yes, of course.

we're so busy focused as women, as moms, we're so busy nurturing our children that it sometimes comes at the cost and the detriment of nurturing our husband or partner.

What I mean by that is a lot of people say to me, but I'm not his or her mum.

I'm not asking you to mother them, I'm asking you to nurture them like you used to.

There's so much going on with us, like you said, emotionally, that we sometimes get torn.
