you start just by sharing a little bit more about yourself and the work you do as a relationship and emotional wellness coach? What kind of led you into this space?

I guess, to be honest, and I'll only cover it very briefly, I came from a 23-year abusive relationship, domestic violence.

So I really got the experience of what a bad relationship looks like at first.

why really on reflection throughout the years I've really seen how that relationship has impacted my parenting and really discovering that I didn't know how to navigate my relationship during being a parent and even more so now I was 17.

So I even had youth against me of how to navigate the relationship, you know, and We really navigate our relationship by what we see our parents, how they navigate.

This is where a lot of the issue lies, and it's not about blaming your parents, but it's about the realization.

And so that was the beginning of my journey, and then I got out of that relationship and really did a lot of work by myself.
