If I gave you one more routine, one more boundary script, one more early morning habit... would it actually fix the exhaustion you're carrying right now? In this episode, I'm revisiting one of the…
So let me just walk you through what community actually looks like in my life right now, because I want you to know it doesn't have to be like some big formal thing.
Honestly, it is kind of layered.
You know, it's a handful of different groups and people that all sort of work together.
It's a one-on-one coffee or lunch with a friend.
You know, you guys are just catching up.
And even if it's been years in some instances, it's just time to be with another person and create connection.
And in about a week or so, I'm going to be joining a Bible group at my church for women, which I'm actually really excited about because it's, Yeah, I've done one of these before and just getting to join alongside other women week after week, you know, spending time in the word, hearing each other's stories and learning from each other.
It can be so impactful in your day to day.
And a community that I just love that I actually began connecting with in June of this year is the Four Word Organization, which could not be more of a God wink.
I'm telling you.
The moment I found out about this group and started looking into it, you guys, it is exactly my podcast.
Which is wild.
So it's the number four and word.
So four word.
And it's a community for Christian working women that has actually grown over like 40 states now with local groups.
And one of them is in my area.
And what I love about them is that they talk a lot about burnout and boundaries, but it's built for exactly this tension, you know, like with women who are serious about their careers, they're serious about their faith.
And, but they refuse
to believe that, you know, we have to compete with each other.
It's just wonderful.
So I would definitely encourage you to see if there is a local chapter in your area because it has been so life-giving for me being in that group.
And on my own community, I'm working to grow now is my Work Life Boundaries for Women Facebook group.
Essentially, I really just try to show up there every week with encouragement and scripture for women.
And I love it when other women contribute and share too, because that is exactly what I want to create is is a space for us to learn and share and connect.
Actually, stick with me to the end because I have a special offer that I'm sharing with this group this week only.
