This is like, you know... play this on a Sunday morning or when you're really chilled out and like just tune in because that's where that's where some of the lovely stuff is so will you just give us like a whistle stop tour of your career just to say like give some context for your early beginnings and like what shaped you

yeah um well I was a performing artist from the age of six so I started different kinds of dancing from the age of six and then got into singing and that was my main vocation that was my life and then around my late teens I got into the domestic abuse sector I'm not sure what happened I just started to wake up to this drive of of like oh something's really wrong in the way we're doing relationships and the way that women relate to themselves and are related to and this isn't right and I feel like I just need to like get into this and and like get my claws into it

start speaking about it and investigating it um so on and off up until I was about 28 that was my main work in the world um and then i essentially had a breakdown from being in the system from the full-time hours uh the way it was run the sort of hopelessness that can underpin that work even though it's very important and necessary and so that drove me into a spot of like I need to be my own boss.

And yeah, I need to do something that is very much what's needed collectively, but also is outside of what the system is giving as a remedy and a solution, because I wasn't fully convinced that it was totally on the mark.

So what I deem as a lot of money might be peanuts to someone else, but I definitely had years of feeling really proud of myself.

I've also had lots of years of feeling like I was really off track, like I wasn't coming from the right place, which was very reflective back to me in my health and also just in the ecosystem of my relationships.

So this might be a bit of a side note, but for me, I know that business and anything I'm creating is all an extension of me.

There's no like, oh yeah, I was doing amazing career-wise and making all this money, but I was miserable on the inside.

It's like, no, if we're doing well, it's because we're doing well and we're in alignment with ourselves.

And so, yeah, I've gone through a lot of initiations of being in relationships that weren't healthy and then how that trickled out into everything into the whole architecture of my life um and i'm still in those initiations partially but also i'm at a point where i'm feeling like okay i get it i'm
getting it

what this what is being asked of me and what this is really about and it's taken a lot of getting it wrong so to speak

And when I'm listening, I'm kind of thinking about a couple of, well, listeners and clients who I can frame up.

It's a vision that we actually can feel, not always articulate, but we find our way to making some practical projects.
