So just want to set some context up because we are changing, you know, the episode structures.

And what we're looking to do here is share between the four of us that we have built consulting businesses that require us to hold multiple specialisms, ways of thinking, layers of expertise, as well as, you know, families and stuff like that.

So we're gonna just delve in to asking questions to reveal, like what's working for us, and, yeah, I'll, I'll do my best to kind of go around, um, and we'll, we'll see what, what comes through.

So over the working week, what we're interested in looking at is what actually fills a founder's week.

So I'm gonna list a few things off just to, for our listeners to hear, like these are the types of things that if you're new in business, you're gonna be...

You need to expect to be working on them, and if you're established in business, you know the refinement process that's ongoing with these different things.

So everything from client delivery being a priority, strategy, visibility, relationship management, thinking time, operations, business development.

How do we structure our week? And I'd love to kick off, um, let's say k- kick off with you, Suzy.

Um, and if you could just share, like how do you structure your week? Like what, what's some of the practices that you've used over the years? And give us a, give us an insight into what works.

I love this question, especially because it's so different now that I'm a mom compared to what it was before.

So I almost have conditions set for me around my working week first, and I just have to fit in with them.

I used to be, you know, I could work into the evening, so I'm a bit of a night owl and things, and now that's just not possible.

So these are days when I don't have calls, um, I don't do, um, like asynchronous client support on those days generally.

And those are days when I can really, like move the needle forward for the business in some way.

Um, and then Fridays is also more of a, like connect with my creativity day, which is so important for founders.

That can be like, right, I'm sitting in front of my computer screen trying to think of something, trying to have a great idea, and actually that can be the worst pla- worst place to have them.

So Fridays I, I try to, um, you know, get out, go on a little adventure somewhere, just get my subconscious flowing in some way so that the ideas actually have space to drop in.

And then my Tuesdays and Thursdays are generally my more structured client delivery days.
