Zipporah AllenGuestSatineHostYes, so zooming out a little bit, as Chief Commercial Officer, you are at this intersection of brand, marketing, loyalty, and menu innovation, an amazing role.

You know, when you think about driving growth for a brand, a lot of things have to come together in what I like to call the moment of truth for the customer.

And so that means that the customer, the team member, the food all have to arrive at the exact right moment in a positive interaction that really has set up every single part of that ecosystem for success.

And that's what I love so much about my role as chief commercial officer is that it's a systems role.

We get to think through how do we pull all these different levers to not just drive demand, but make sure that we're retaining the customers that we drive in, making sure that we're working with our operations and our supply chain partners to ensure that we do have a positive experience.

And then, of course, we want to do that in a way that is distinctive to the brand.

And, you know, the Sweet Green brand, we are right in the middle of a transformation of getting the brand back on track.

We first started with the restaurant experience and making sure that we can execute with excellence in the restaurants.

And now we're in the second phase of the transformation, which is really about bringing back a little bit of the swagger to the brand, bringing back the cool factor.
Yeah, that's exciting.
What an exciting moment for you to be in and to lead through.
