So it is always a process to work through what is a theme for the year because there are so many topics and there are so many important conversations that are happening in the community in terms of what we want to highlight.

But this year, I think Changemakers, while it seems like, hey, is that overused? What does that mean? What does it connote for different people? But it really was fitting this year because I think from a Changemakers perspective, it We wanted to focus on community, the folks and the women in our community who are driving change and also who are leading that change, but also women in the community who are working on change.

So working on changing their roles, they want to learn, but they are the folks who are driving change.

And then the other component of this, I think that in the landscape with not just AI, but I think AI is driving a lot of change as far as how organizations are running, the types of tool sets that people need to know, what are the makeup of teams? How do we do work? That there's a lot there that you have to manage now.

what are the changes that we're having to make as women in product to actually continue to thrive and build in this landscape? So, so many components of like, what does it mean to be a change maker are the things that we want to focus on.

And that means bringing those women who are leading to the stage to share what they're doing and what they're learning and comparing notes with the folks who are also doing that.

The other folks who are trying to determine like how might I approach that in my future role or in the current role that I'm in.

So really wanted to focus on community and really wanted to focus on this really dynamic and fast paced time of change.
