So going on to like a currently, what is firing you up? That's what always burns this, that burning question.

That one of the things how I would describe you as somebody who is like sort of passionate and vocal and not afraid to call people out, to call out the system.

I can't think of the right word, but sort of dancing around the facts of what the truth is, which is this podcast, Birth Truth, this thing that fires me up, that we have to keep this truth alive because those of us who have been around long enough know that it doesn't have to be like this.

So I, and then 33 years ago when I gave birth, yeah, I was tortured in a different way, um, with induction of labor, unnecessary induction of labor, which of course cascaded to a cesarean.
Um, And yes, so, you know, the ways of torturing women and babies, and I will keep using the word torturing, and you listeners, you know, I know it has been fashionable in the past not to listen to elders and not to listen, Ebony and I, as young and hot as we are, are elders, yeah.
It used to be fashionable to not listen to us, just dismiss us, put us out to pasture, but actually...
I think you need to listen up because if you keep trying to serve this system or encouraging people into this system, you know, I teach hypnobirthing, but it's certainly not the strokey, strokey, greedy, greedy hypnobirthing.
It's the one with facts in there that we need to know, right? So the physiology works better out of the unit.
