So let's start with landmarks.

I want to talk about culture and how this all ties in.

Okay.

Well, when we.

Started in Landmark, all came together at a different company, but then we came back together at Landmark.

And the president, Vicki Atherton, and I just made it very purposeful of who we brought on board.

And did they fit in our culture? And I think you're aware of that because you fit in our culture.

I know what it feels like, but explain it.

What is it? Well, number one, it's one of leadership.

We believe everyone is a leader and that you start that at the front desk or wherever you are and that everybody has a voice.

And I guess in a sense, it's a Socratic form of leadership because we all are very collaborative.

I hope you found that.

Absolutely.

And it's people first.

I mean, we talk about our clients and we love our clients and we need our clients.

But without our employees, there's no landmark.

So I think that kind of is really what the heart of it is, our employees.

Where do you find these people successfully? And I spent a lot of time looking for

sure.

You know, some of them came from past positions that we were in or that I was in for sure.

And I kept these relationships and friendships.

And when their time came to not... be content anymore where they were, they would contact me.

And so I honestly never purposefully went and stole from companies that I went to before that I worked at.

They kind of came to us.

And then it just has grown from there.
