And that's another thing that you fear with technology and everything moving so fast, everybody wants things out, you know, pushing things out, pushing things out.
And in communication, it takes time it takes time to build the trust and i think that's something that many many many people um really kind of forget about we have a podcast called it's a people problem and it's really surrounding around this communication piece you know you can have the best systems but without that trust and building and understanding and listening with a purpose it makes it difficult
