Fatih, would you rather lead through expertise or relationship trust and why?

For us, I would probably say, and for myself, I'm more of a relationship builder.

I think expertise, once again, they're essential.

I look at it as expertise, you know, it gets you a seat on the table.

It puts you in front of people.

But really without the trust, it's hard to get a lot of things done.

And that's another thing that you fear with technology and everything moving so fast, everybody wants things out, you know, pushing things out, pushing things out.
