And one of the things that I never really expected when implementing EOS the right way is how empowered my team felt and how it really helped with our culture.

And instead of me being accountable for everything, it gave a lot of, it gave the people that I selected to be on my leadership team ownership.

You don't realize how much people want to grow and how you could actually be holding them back by not giving them ownership of certain things.

It was a really beautiful thing and it really helped me as the business owner be able to get out of my way.

I think we don't feel like people, I don't think it's possible for people to love it as much as we do or care as much as we do.

But I'm here to tell you that when you decide to put a framework in place that empowers your team and gives them, gets them involved in the vision of the company, builds the core values around the team that exists, lets them be a part of creating the vision of the plan.

And to be fair, we have to, as entrepreneurs and leaders, we've got to build a business in which people can see a future for themselves.

Yeah, which is one of the biggest challenges that I see deck builders come to me for is that they've kind of realized, wow, my knees are starting to hurt a little bit.

And it's kind of rough because they've had the business for sometimes 20, 30 years, and it's almost like they're starting from scratch trying to figure out how to – create a business that could sell.

So we've talked very generally here, but let's get into the logistics a little bit so people could more so understand what this is.
