So my name is Bronwyn Holland, and I've been in the business, um, about to be a month.

Almost a month.

Almost a month next week.

Okay.

Gabby? Same.

Uh, my name is Gabby Harris.

I've been in the business about a year and, like, some change, couple months.

Perfect.

All right.

So both verily new, but the reason I have both of them on today is because even though Gabby is just over a year, she is very successful in that short timeframe.

And then we brought Bronwyn because, well, she just got her license, so now what? [laughs]

So I think that this is gonna be good, like, education for agents that are just getting their license.

Mm-hmm.

And if you've been licensed for five years, they're probably gonna have some tweaks or things that Gabby's currently doing that they would even maybe add or recommend.

But it's nice to be able to look from where you're at today, Bronwyn, to where you could be in one year.

And could people be doing better? Could people be doing worse? Of course.

But true success story, whether, uh, Gabby believes it or not, we'll prove that here in a second.

So Bronwyn, you got your license.

What did, what do you think it's supposed to be like? Don't...

Try to block out the last month, but what do you think it's supposed to be like once you get that real estate license?

I think it's one of those things where it's like, okay, you know people around you, you know your community, so now once you introduce who you are in the industry, you think people will come to you about, "Hey, I know somebody," or they are trying to buy or sell.
