Pause, Reflection, Honesty: A brief Message

Hey, everyone.

I wanted to take a minute because if you've been walking with me consistently, you probably noticed there wasn't a new episode this week.

Now, I could have tried to force one out just to stay on schedule, But part of what I talk about on this show is learning to notice what is happening within us, understanding our capacity, and being willing to respond honestly when something needs our attention.

And this week, I needed to do exactly that.

There are parts of my life that I share publicly, and there are parts that I believe deserve time, space, and a lot of thought before I decide what they mean or how I want to speak about them.

So I'm not going to manufacture an explanation just because I missed a Monday.

What I will tell you is that I am here.

The work still continues.

Season two of Walk With Me continues.

If anything, the last several days have reminded me why I wanted to create this whole thing in the first place.

Life doesn't test our internal architecture when everything is convenient.

It tests it when life actually happens.

So, there's no full walk this week, just a short one.

Thank you for continuing to walk with me.

I'll see you on the next one next Monday.
