It's Wednesday and not Thursday, so I'm keeping it interesting and changing the days of the week.

We have a super interesting session today that is sort of something that a lot of people that we've spoken to over the past... couple of years with all the craziness happening in the private equity, private credit, real estate space.

And so it was important for us to bring in some pros who we can actually ask hard questions and hopefully get some really good answers.

And so I brought in Adam and Chris from Wick Phillips, and they're going to give their own intros.

Anyone, please, if you're here, it'd be great if you sort of have your camera open so we can sort of interact like we're meeting for coffee.

We are going to need their team's approval for that just because we might be saying things that we can't record.

But hopefully we'll be able to and we'll get their approval to share the recording afterwards.

And for those who are joining the recording, it's always more fun to join live than you can ask the hard questions and sort of engage more.

So I'm going to shut up now and introduce you guys and would love to get a short intro.
