We did a large real-world analysis with more than 140,000 patients and we divided them into two cohorts.

And both of these cohorts were women who were obese or slightly overweight with a BMI of above 25 to 35.

And we looked at the incidence of hormone positive breast cancer as we know that hormone positive breast cancer one of the major risk factors estrogen and estrogen comes from more body fat so those women who were using glp-1 receptor agonist and the incidence of breast cancer hormone positive breast cancer in those was lower it was the risk reduction was 12 percent that means those women who were not using glp-1 receptor agonist had higher chance of developing hormone positive receptor breast cancer We also looked into HER2 positive breast cancer and triple negative breast cancer, but the results on those were not statistically significant.

Dr. Shah also shares insights into a real-world analysis comparing trastuzumab-derastocan with tucatinib-based therapy in second-line HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer.

So we looked into HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer patients who already have HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer and has received THP.

One cohort received tucatinib-based therapy, that is TTC, transtuzumab, tucatinib, and capecitabine.

So a study like this has never been done before where they looked at the incidence of brain mets.

As we have seen in many preclinical studies, the TDXD has good brain penetration.

So the incidence in TDXD cohort was around 13, and the incidence in the tucatinib-based cohort was 21% of brain mets.

And one-year brain mets free survival probability was 73% with TDXD, and it was 68% with TDXD.

So TDXD has shown good brain mets activity, and it shows in a real world that it can be used in second line in patients and will have benefit in preventing brain mets.

And even when the patient developed brain mets, TDXD cohort has less chances of getting seizures and cerebral edema.
