We're almost done with 2026, and I'm in my podcast studio and my studio apartment, one and the same thing, recording on a gorgeous Sunday in the middle of a heatwave.

Now, I know I mentioned this artist that we're gonna have an interview with coming up, and I just have to share a quick preview of my buddy Fred, because Fred is coming on the podcast.

He's my 70-something-year-old next-door neighbor, and we are both renting houses on the same property for a little bit of time, and we have developed this incredible friendship.

Picture Kate Winslet in The Holiday, okay? Last night, we were hanging out, and I was smoking up a J, and I text him like, "Yo, you wanna smoke up?" And he's like, "Yeah, I was gonna text you the same thing." He comes outside.

Can you do that here?" And I'm like, "Yeah." So we set up the DJ decks on the Venice Canals, and we set up, and I have a set [laughs] at, like, 11:00 PM on a Saturday night on the canals.

And then Fred brings out his guitar, and he starts jamming on the guitar, and it's just so much fun.

So we're hanging out a ton, which is great, and this past week in ovulation, I had a lot of interviews for the podcast, but also, I keep getting all these invites for all these super aligned things.

They're really interesting people with really interesting stories that are just in the same space that I'm in, if that's the creative space, entrepreneur space, the health and wellness space, Venice Beach, the locals here, fire spinning.

And I have found that this is just a lesson I'm learning in real time, is that when you make these big, bold, brave moves to jump outside of your comfort zone and to take super aligned action and to move forward in ways that make you feel super aligned, magic starts happening, and you start clicking and aligning with the right people.
