Today's episode is one on the, probably the most underrated skills that any man can have when it comes to being a better role model, being a better leader and so on.

Something that I have worked very hard on to improve over the last, 10 years in particular, because I used to be a very indecisive person.

So in today's episode, I'm going to run through what, firstly, what being indecisive can actually cost you in relation to things, because we can actually think we're doing the right thing sometimes, but we're not.

And at the end, I'm actually going to share with you how you can build the skill of being a little bit more decisive back into your life.

Because the more decisive you are, and listen, I will, before we go into it, decisive does not mean rushing into decisions.

You have to be able to understand certain questions that you can ask yourself in order to make decisions.

the best decision based on information you have at any given time, okay? So a very, very powerful session, especially if you're somebody who finds yourself a little bit indecisive with things.

And this can range from your day-to-day to your work, to making a decision to do something for yourself.

In particular, I see this with a lot of Irishmen when it comes to their health and fitness, where they're not in a healthy place, they know they need to make a change, but they still are indecisive about making a change.

It happens quite frequently where guys will still be a little bit unsure or they won't be able to make the decision for themselves.

And again, before we dive into it, it's important to understand and for me to stress here that I want to be able to give you some information about how to be decisive.

Like, it's not just, oh, I'm just going to make a decision and rush into things.
