HDT is a listed private equity investment company managed by HG, a specialist technology investor with more than $110 billion of assets under management.
At the end of June, IGT gave shareholders exposure to more than 60 unquoted businesses with an aggregate enterprise value of more than $195 billion.
The portfolio is concentrated in mission-critical business-to-business software and technology-enabled services across areas such as tax and accounting, enterprise resource planning and payroll, legal and compliance, as well as insurance and healthcare IT, among others.
These products are deeply embedded in customer workflows, have high recurring revenues, and typically represent a small part of the customer's cost base.
