What do you mean by that?

I mean, it's like, it's just, it's crazy.

I mean, getting your head around the one in 1.92 million, billion odds is enough, but then compound that over generations and generations, going back to the beginning of time, that's a massive, that, yeah, I can't, I've got like an abstract idea, but yeah, it's almost like trying to get your head around infinity.

It's just... impossible maybe because it's infinity it's just there's always more so yeah how

does this then make a difference to you know does that then because some people might think oh well you know that therefore um it was just my bad luck to be born in this body in this time or something you know whereas you seem to be taking it more as well that was really good luck because i'm actually here

you know what's the what's the difference can you make some sense of that

Sure.

Okay.

Well, see, I wouldn't consider it bad luck because of what being alive means and because of what we are, like the power the brain has, the power, the power and strength the body has.

It's like neutrally, that's a really good thing.

But because we can hijack the system with thoughts and those thoughts might have negative emotions attached to them, someone might think, okay, well, then that's a bad situation because of the bad thoughts.

or the bad emotion attached to it.

But I do have a theory about why we have negative emotions in the first place anyway, so that kind of overturns the whole idea that life can be bad.

I don't think life can be bad, but we can have negative emotion Negative emotions in response to things that we don't like.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I think if we appreciate the truth around that, it might be really difficult to see life as bad because we would have seen through the illusion of bad.

So what is your theory about why we have negative emotions?
