I think before anybody can align themselves with anything or anyone, you really have to know who you are.

And that way you can sort through, well, who or what is going to match who you are and who you show up as in life.

And I think way too often people get lost because there is so much information out there.

And it's so easy for people to lose that internal compass of, but who am I and who really matches and what really matches for me?
And I would say some for some people, it's not even a case of losing it because it was never developed.
Do I? Or don't I? So where does someone start in this process of knowing themselves?
