Now it is taking a little longer for homes to sell, but we are not a true buyer's market in certain aspects.
Condos, those are pretty much a buyer's market, but single family homes and things like that are not.
So people listening to the news and this whole alarm of things, because some areas they're thinking nationwide, not necessarily specific to the Tampa Bay market.
I guess that would be one of the main things I'm like, because I'm sort of like focus here.
So it might be one day a buyer's market or it might be a seller's market because these things do change.
So the best thing in that case is to trust your guide in that area because she will be in tune to what is happening in the farm area, the area that she is an expert on.
