The reason I wanted to have you on the podcast was really to talk about the fact that you have a smaller firm that focuses on audits, which is rare these days.

So I want to talk to you about that.

But first, if you want to tell us a little bit about your firm.

My name is Cheryl Rohde.

We are a small firm, West Rohde & Roberts, out in San Diego, California.

We started our firm, as you mentioned, in 1997.

I have one partner, Chris Roberts, and then we have about 12 staff, which is professional and administration staff that work with us.

We are a tax and audit firm, but I would say probably 75% of our business, as you mentioned, is really audits.

So we do a lot of attestation work and a lot of audits for tax-exempt entities.
