Happy Co-op Month! And what better way to celebrate than by highlighting a program that’s helping electric cooperatives across the country SHiNE online? This October on Touchstone Energy’s *Seven on…
Really focusing on what we're providing to the staff, which are tools to succeed.
That would be just easier page creation and updates, new flashy design components and template designs and developing new capabilities.
Informative, interesting member experiences, AI search solutions, outage widgets, even electric usage from end-of-the-line members being incorporated to the website to help members find data directly.
And remember, websites improve after launch, and they can because of the Shine ecosystem.
So you're really focused on two audiences, obviously supporting our cooperative members and the staff of the cooperatives to have an easier to manage experience, but you're also focused on the end user of the website, the member, and making sure that we're meeting their expectations.
And on those expectations, obviously we all want our website to be beautiful, but What are some of the things that you focus on that are beyond just making sure the website looks good?
Well, I spend a lot of time on design and I love that and it really does matter.
However, I think the real winner at the end of the day is if members can accomplish their tasks painlessly or seamlessly.
So, you know, there's function and design, but really focusing on those clear next steps for members like starting service, outage reporting, submitting questions, just finding your address or location even.
Is it all clear, easy to locate? And can members do these things on all devices seamlessly? You know, also fresh content, just making sure your information is accurate.
With Shine, having a nice editor contributes to being successful with your website because you want to edit it yourself.
And also our content support services are here to really help you figure this out.
You know, what could we help with to make your website more successful? And we'll find those bottlenecks even on an incredible looking site.
