So one, one of the things that I've really learned that's really helped us grow is, like, I pay attention to what I'm working on on a daily basis.

It's like the number one question, by the way, people ask me, is what do I do on a daily basis, right?

Um, but I, I pay close attention to what I'm working on, because if I'm working on the same thing on a daily basis, it's my first clue to just get someone to replace myself.

Um, and so what have I held onto over the years looking back? You know, I held way too long the fact that I was gonna hire everyone.

Nope, nope, my company, 150 plus employees, I'm gonna hire every single one of them.

I'm gonna fire every single one of them, right? I'm gonna deal with every single conflict, right? HR, don't want that.

Now I'm so lucky I have such a great person sitting in the room next to me working on it every day and, and bringing me in, and she blows my mind in what she shows me.

Um, you know, even training, like, I was the one that was gonna go to the clinic and stand there with the new staff and be like, "Let me see what you got." Like, the, just, I...

The hardest one to, for me to ever give up was hiring, by far, right? Even now, I, I handle way too many interviews.
